Plan fulfillment with Planner

Use Planner to coordinate one-time drops, weekly availability, products, inventory, and operational dates.

Plan availability: Free. Core Planner, one availability location, and pickup are included. Pro adds additional availability locations and advanced operational capacity. The active production feature matrix is authoritative if an administrator changes an entitlement.

Start from the date or the schedule

Open Planner at /dashboard/planner. Choose Add to Planner or select a day. Planner keeps the date, attached products, inventory, and customer-facing share links together.

Choose the right planning surface

  • Choose Create Specific Date/Drop for a limited release, holiday menu, preorder event, or a recurring drop with explicit open and close times.
  • Choose Weekly Schedule for ongoing pickup or delivery that repeats each week.
  • Choose a task, event, or blocked date for work that is not a customer order window.

Finish the operating loop

  1. Save the schedule first.
  2. Open the resulting management sheet and review Schedule.
  3. Use Products to attach sellable products and variants.
  4. Use Inventory only when the date/drop needs occurrence-specific limits.
  5. Use Share when customers need a direct link, QR code, or trackable link.

Common problems

  • Creating a drop without attaching products produces an empty customer experience.
  • Changing a recurring occurrence may change only that date; choose Edit series when the entire series should change.
  • Weekly schedules store wall-clock hours, so do not treat their values as UTC timestamps.
