Plan availability: Pro. Order Quotes require Pro under the active production matrix. The active production feature matrix is authoritative if an administrator changes an entitlement.
Create and send the quote
- Open Orders and create or open a quote order.
- Add customer, products, fulfillment, payment method, terms, optional deposit plan, and expiration.
- Save the order, then use its send action to deliver the public quote link.
What customers see
The customer can review the item list, fulfillment details, terms, expiry, and payment plan. They can choose Accept & Continue, Decline Quote, or request a revision.
Common problems
- An expired quote returns an expired state and releases quote-held occurrence inventory.
- Acceptance prepares payment before changing the order to pending payment.
- Acceptance fails when no customer-facing payment method is currently enabled.
- Old quote links are checked against current and previous revision tokens.
