Plan availability: Pro. Pickup is Free. Delivery and in-state shipping require Pro. Nationwide shipping generally requires Scale; an active tenant-specific entitlement can also grant access. The active production feature matrix is authoritative if an administrator changes an entitlement.
Configure regular pickup and delivery in Planner
Open Planner for recurring pickup and delivery schedules, products, locations, and location-specific delivery origins.
Configure checkout behavior
Open Checkout Settings for global fulfillment toggles, delivery fees, date/time collection, delivery instructions, postal-code restrictions, terms, deposits, tips, and reminders.
Configure shipping
Configure shipping fees and eligible destinations in Checkout Settings.
Open the Shipping section in Checkout Settings.
Enable shipping at checkout.
Mark each eligible product Available for shipping.
Shipping is a separate checkout path. Products using Weekly Schedule or Specific Dates/Drops can ship when Available for shipping is enabled; pickup or delivery dates do not control shipping checkout.
Set a flat fee or free-shipping threshold.
Choose whether to restrict addresses to the business state/province.
What customers see
Shipping checkout collects a shipping address and shipping fee. It skips pickup location, pickup date, delivery slot, and availability-window selection. Shipping is available when shop shipping is enabled and every cart item is marked Available for shipping, including products using Specific Dates/Drops.
Common problems
Shipping does not appear when even one cart item is not marked Available for shipping.
A selected pickup or delivery drop is not a shipping schedule. If shipping is not offered, check that shop shipping is enabled and every cart item is marked Available for shipping; use the shipping checkout path rather than a pickup or delivery drop selection.
Distance quote failures fail closed instead of showing an unsafe underquote.
Planner location origins override the legacy global checkout origin.
Offer several dates or pickup locations
Use a Specific Dates/Drop in Planner when one menu and stock pool should serve several pickup days or locations. Add date/time blocks and choose the pickup locations available in each block. Customers select a currently eligible option at checkout; all blocks in that edition share inventory.
A cart containing regular products and drop products needs a common eligible fulfillment selection for every item. The drop’s extra pickup choices do not override a regular product’s schedule. Set up a shared drop.
