Plan availability: Free. Manual orders and Quick Sale are included. Delivery, shipping, deposits, quotes, and alternative payments may require their respective paid entitlements. The active production feature matrix is authoritative if an administrator changes an entitlement.

Choose the right entry point

  • Open New manual order when you need a full customer, product, fulfillment, and payment record.
  • Open Quick Sale when you need a faster operator-created sale.
  • Open Orders to review, edit, fulfill, refund, or message from the order list.

Record the order

  1. Add or select the customer.
  2. Add products, variants, quantities, and form answers.
  3. Choose pickup, delivery, or shipping when available.
  4. Choose Square or an enabled manual method.
  5. Confirm the schedule, notes, total, and payment state before saving.

Common problems

  • Unpaid manual-payment orders hold tracked global stock immediately.
  • Confirming payment is idempotent; it should not decrement the same stock twice.
  • Cloning an order creates a new draft and does not copy payment state, discounts, refunds, quote tokens, or reservations.
  • Canceling an entirely unpaid order releases stock; paid orders need explicit refund/restock handling.
