One page, four tabs
Open Promotions in the Shop group. The tabs across the top are Coupons, Gift cards, Store credit, and Loyalty. Each tab is the same page it was as a separate sidebar item, at the same address, so saved links still work. A tab shows a lock when its feature is part of a higher plan; the page explains what the upgrade unlocks.
Coupons (/dashboard/coupons): percentage, fixed amount, free product, and free-delivery codes with targeting, limits, and date ranges. Create Coupon is the main action. See Create coupons and discounts.
Gift cards (/dashboard/gift-cards): gift-card products, issuing, resending, and voiding. Issue gift card is the main action.
Store credit (/dashboard/gift-cards?tab=store-credit): grant credit to a customer account and review adjustments. Grant credit is the main action. See Issue gift cards and store credit.
Loyalty (/dashboard/loyalty): points per dollar, redemption limits, and signup and repeat-order bonuses. See Configure the Loyalty Program.
Where the history went
The gift card page used to have a History tab. Each gift card and store credit section now keeps its ledger behind a View history button at the end of the section. Choose it to see the recent entries and Hide history to fold them again.
On a phone
The main action of the current tab floats at the bottom right. Coupon, gift card, and store credit tables show as stacked cards with a ⋮ menu for Edit, Delete, Resend, or Void. Loyalty shows its Save Settings button in a sticky bar once you change something.
Common problems
I cannot find Gift Cards, Coupons, or Loyalty in the sidebar. They are tabs of Promotions.
Store credit used to be with gift cards. It still is, on its own tab.
A tab is locked. Coupons, gift cards, store credit, and loyalty require Pro; see Upgrade for a specific feature.
