The dashboard was reorganized in October 2026. No address changed, so every saved link and every link in this knowledge base still opens the same page. Only names and places in the sidebar moved. If an article tells you to open a page you cannot find, use this list.
Sidebar
The Manage, Fulfill, Website, and Utilities groups became four groups, Shop, Kitchen, Communicate, and Website, each in alphabetical order. Pinned items sit above them and Settings is in the footer.
Planner (Drops/Availability) is now Drops & hours in Shop. The page title and breadcrumb changed too. The buttons on the page still read Add to Planner and Planner settings, and New drop is the main action.
Search moved from the top bar to Looking for something? at the bottom of the sidebar. ⌘K and Ctrl+K still open it.
Pages that became tabs
Coupons, Gift Cards, and Loyalty are tabs of Promotions (Shop): Coupons, Gift cards, Store credit, Loyalty. Store credit has its own tab, and each gift card and store credit section keeps its ledger behind View history.
Subscriptions is the Subscriptions tab of Orders, beside Physical and Digital. Import subscription is still a header action there.
Text Messages is the Text messaging tab of Notifications (Communicate). The other tab is Customer alerts.
Pages, Posts, and Media are tabs of Pages & Posts (Website). Blog settings is still the Posts tab's header button.
Newsletters is its own item in Communicate instead of a section inside Email.
Pages that became Settings cards
Open Settings from the sidebar footer. Cards are grouped as Store, Website, Reach, Account, and Cottage CMS.
Locations is Settings > Store > Locations. Manage locations in the Drops & hours Settings menu still opens it.
Plugins is Settings > Website > Plugins.
Shop Alerts is Settings > Website > Shop Alerts, shown while the Shop Alerts plugin is active.
Share & Earn is Settings > Account > Share & Earn. The Share & Earn button in the top bar is unchanged.
Help, guides, and Copilot
The Page guide pill, the What's new megaphone, and the floating Copilot pill are now a bar along the bottom of the window: Page guide, Help & support, What's new, and Ask Copilot.
New: the Help & support page gathers the knowledge base, the guidance line, email, the Discord and Facebook communities, and a ticket form.
Copilot can Float over the page, Dock to the side, or Dock to the bottom.
On a phone
Each page's main action (for example New drop, Add, Create Customer, New page) floats at the bottom right instead of sitting in the page header.
Wide tables are stacked cards with a ⋮ menu for the row's actions.
Products and Recipes show 24 at a time with Load more.
Quick sale starts with a search instead of a product grid, and the manual-order wizard shows Step N of M.
An order's detail shows one floating next step; the other actions are in the ⋮ menu under the title.
Settings forms show a sticky Save bar once you change something.
