Configure the Loyalty Program

Plan availability: Pro. Loyalty Program requires Pro. The active production feature matrix is authoritative if an administrator changes an entitlement.

Enable loyalty

1. Open Loyalty.
2. Turn on Enable Loyalty Program.
3. Set Points earned per $1 spent.
4. Set minimum points and maximum redemption amount.
5. Optionally enable Signup bonus and Repeat order bonus.
6. Save and confirm the success message.

Referral bonus

The Referral Bonus card is currently marked Coming soon. Customer referral link tracking and attribution are not available yet, so referral points cannot be awarded automatically.

Understand the exchange rate

The dashboard always treats 100 points as $1.00. The earn-rate field changes how quickly customers earn points; it does not change point value.

Common problems

• Subscription checkout does not accept loyalty redemptions.
• Gift-card product lines are excluded from loyalty math.
• Imported loyalty points seed only an empty balance/history.
• Minimum and maximum redemption rules still apply at checkout.
