Create a coupon
Choose a coupon preset, then configure its targeting and limits.
- Open Coupons.
- Choose Create Coupon.
- Enter the code, discount type, amount, products/categories, usage limits, and date range.
- Save, then confirm the coupon status is Active or Scheduled.
Choose the discount type
- Percentage reduces eligible merchandise.
- Fixed Amount reduces eligible merchandise by a currency amount.
- Free Product adds a qualifying product or variant.
- Free Delivery waives a calculated local delivery fee.
Common problems
- Coupon date-only values use the tenant timezone, not Worker UTC.
- Free Delivery does not discount shipping and is rejected for pickup or shipping.
- Changing away from local delivery removes a free-delivery coupon.
- Check product/variant targeting before announcing a code.
