Choose quantities for separately priced items

In a product's customer choices, select Choose quantities. Name the group, enter what customers count, and set the full price for one of each choice.

For example, one classic loaf at $12, two cheddar loaves at $15 each, and one cranberry loaf at $15 total four loaves for $57. There is no extra base loaf charge or second overall quantity multiplier.

  1. Add the items and their full prices.
  2. Set any minimum, exact, maximum, repeat, or increment rules.
  3. Add separate extras when an addition should apply to each selected item.
  4. Try several mixes and review the total.
  5. Save and complete the option publication review.

Use existing products for a catalog collection

Select Use existing products to choose existing catalog products and their saved sizes. Each linked item keeps its current price, questions, extras, stock, recipe, and fulfillment requirements.

A linked collection cannot contain another quantity menu or have its own sizes. Put item questions on the linked products. If converting an existing listing, resolve its own questions and choice stock limits before publishing the collection.

Check dates and stock

Configure dates on linked physical products when required. The menu's selected date must also work for each chosen item. The linked products own stock; the collection does not add a separate inventory demand. Untracked choices have no stock limit, while tracked zero stock is sold out.

What customers see

The selected mix becomes physical cart lines with their own quantities, prices, and answers. Per-item extras and answers apply to each unit in that configured batch. Customers can add another customized batch when the same flavor needs different instructions.

If stock or selection rules prevent the requested mix, the addition is rejected instead of silently reducing quantities. Customers can review and change the mix before trying again.

Limits

Quantity menus are for one-time orders. Existing subscriptions retain their standing definitions. This setup does not automatically convert an older quantity form.
