Add and manage pickup or delivery locations

Create location records, set delivery origins, and understand how location limits affect Planner.

Open Manage locations

Go to Planner and open Planner settings. Select Manage locations, or Add a location when none exists.

  1. Enter a location name and optional description customers will understand.
  2. Enter or select the address. This is the customer-facing pickup or delivery location.
  3. For delivery, optionally enable Use custom delivery origin for this location when distance and fees should start from a different address.
  4. If Square is connected, choose an existing Square location or use Sync from Square. Do not create a new Square location unless it is actually new there.

What customers see

Customers can choose the location associated with an eligible schedule or drop. The platform applies the configured address-privacy policy when displaying location details.

Common problems

  • The second location cannot be saved: the current production matrix requires Pro for a second location.
  • Three or more locations cannot be added: the current production matrix requires Scale for 3+ locations.
  • Unlinking Square changes payment attribution: customers can still select the Planner location, but future Square payments fall back to the default Square payment location until you sync it again.
  • Delivery fees use the wrong origin: review the location-specific custom delivery origin before changing global Checkout Settings.

Plan availability

Plan: The first location is available on Free. A second location requires Pro; three or more locations require Scale. Delivery requires the Delivery feature.
