Open the Products section
After creating or selecting a drop in Planner, open its management sheet and select Products. Choose Manage products, search active products, select the products to add, and save. Series-level products remain defaults; occurrence-level editing can add or exclude products for one edition, including all of its dates and locations.
Use the right scope
Window or series: use this when the product should appear on all matching occurrences.
Occurrence: use this when one edition needs a special product list or a limited seasonal item.
After products are attached, the sheet’s Share section can copy a direct link for the selected drop. The link identifies the selected edition while leaving customers free to choose its eligible dates and locations.
What customers see
Customers see the products attached to the effective occurrence, filtered by status, storefront visibility, cutoff, inventory, and the selected fulfillment option. They do not see every active product in the tenant automatically.
Common problems
Search returns no product: the attachment flow loads active products; check Product Status and Display in Shop.
A series product remains on one date: use the occurrence exclusion control rather than deleting the series assignment.
The copied link selects the wrong date: copy it while the intended occurrence is selected, then open it in a private window to verify.
A shared menu across blocks
Adding or excluding a product for an edition affects every pickup day and location in that edition. You do not attach it separately to Thursday and Saturday blocks. Use separate drops if those days require different menus.
Calendar entries for the edition open the same shared setup. Confirm the intended edition and its inventory date before editing a recurring drop.
Keep the menu when you close orders
To stop new orders for the selected edition, use Stop accepting orders in the Customer orders panel above the tabs. You do not need to remove attached products. The menu, stock, booked pickups, and existing orders stay intact, and other recurring editions are unchanged.
When ready, use Reopen orders and confirm a valid future cutoff. Extending a cutoff alone does not reopen a manually closed edition. Manage ordering and cutoffs.
