Use pages to answer questions before checkout
Open Dashboard > Website > Pages to review your public pages. The standard pages make your storefront feel complete: tell customers who you are, what you sell, how pickup works, and which policies apply.
Plan availability: Standard template pages such as About, Products, Contact, Reviews, Wholesale, FAQ, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Sale are Free. Blank pages and advanced template editing are Pro under the active matrix. Legacy Lifetime retains all platform features.
Edit your existing About page on Free
On Free, you can change text and photos in the sections already on your About page. Go to Dashboard > Website > Pages, open your existing About page, and edit the text or photo in the existing section. Select Save Changes in the About content editor and wait for the saved confirmation; refresh the page to confirm your changes remain. Uploading a photo alone does not attach it to an About section. Adding, removing, or reordering sections requires advanced template editing on Pro.
Create a page from a template
- Choose New Page, then review Create from Template.
- Filter by Template Category when needed and select a template that matches the question you want to answer.
- Optionally set Page URL; keep the slug short, readable, and stable once shared.
- Select Create from Template, edit the content available on your plan, preview it on mobile, and publish when it is accurate.
What customers see
Only published pages are part of the public navigation or directly reachable page list. Draft and archived pages remain useful to you without being presented as current information to customers.
Common problems
- A template is no longer available. The page creator filters out template IDs you already created; edit the existing page instead of creating a duplicate.
- A page appears in the dashboard but not on the site. Check its status. Draft and archived content is intentionally hidden from public tenant loaders.
- Changing a slug breaks a shared link. Treat a published slug as a public address and update links after any change.
- I need a completely custom layout. A blank page is a Pro feature; first see whether a standard template plus Website Editor content is enough.
Connect a saved form explicitly
Creating a form does not place it on a page. On a Contact page, open the Contact Form section and use Form to display to choose the built-in form or a saved contact form, then save the page. A saved contact form replaces the built-in form in that section.
For a separate website form, add a Form block to a blank page and select the saved form. For wholesale requests, choose the saved wholesale form in the Wholesale page’s Form block. Publish the page when ready. New customer review collection belongs in Reviews.
