Use blank pages for genuinely custom content
Open Dashboard > Website > Pages > New Page and choose the blank-page path when the standard templates cannot answer a specific customer question. Good examples include a custom wholesale guide, a class information page, or a focused seasonal landing page.
Plan availability: Blank pages are a Pro feature in the active matrix. Standard template pages remain Free. Legacy Lifetime is all-access to platform features. A plan gate can affect public visibility even when an older blank page remains stored in the account.
Build a useful blank page
- Choose the blank-page option and give the page a title that describes its purpose.
- Choose a stable, readable slug. Treat it as a public address after publishing.
- Write a concise introduction, then use headings and short sections to help customers scan.
- Add one clear next action, such as a product link, form, or contact route.
- Preview mobile, publish, and open the page from the live storefront.
What customers see
Pro visitors can reach published blank pages. When blank-page access is not available, the tenant public loader filters those pages while standard template pages remain visible. Avoid linking a blank page from a Free-only launch plan unless the plan access is confirmed.
Common problems
- The blank page saves but is not public. Check the tenant’s current plan and the active feature matrix; the stored record is not proof of public eligibility.
- The page has no place in navigation. Add a navigation entry or link it from the homepage, then test the public URL.
- The page became stale. Archive or update seasonal pages and remove old homepage links.
