Choose a page with a clear job
Open Dashboard > Website > Pages > New Page. Standard templates are designed for common customer questions, so choose the page that matches the information you need to publish instead of creating a blank canvas by default.
Plan availability: Standard template pages are Free. Advanced template editing and blank pages are Pro under the active matrix. Legacy Lifetime retains all platform features.
Create and publish the page
Standard template pages provide a guided starting point; blank pages are the flexible Pro option.
- Choose Create from Template and filter by Template Category if the list is long.
- Select About, Contact, FAQ, Reviews, Wholesale, Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, or another available template.
- Set Page URL (Optional) only when the default slug does not fit your public language. Keep it short.
- Select Create from Template, edit the generated content, and review the mobile preview.
- Publish only after replacing placeholder copy and checking every link.
What customers see
Published pages can appear in the storefront navigation and can be opened directly. Customers do not see draft or archived versions, so you can prepare seasonal copy privately.
Common problems
- The template is not listed. A template can be hidden after you have already created that template type; edit the existing page.
- The page is public but not in navigation. Review its published status and navigation settings, then open the page directly to confirm its slug.
- The copy still mentions a different business. Replace every placeholder before publishing, including contact information and policies.
