Choose a page with a clear job
Open Dashboard > Website > Pages > New Page. Standard templates are designed for common customer questions, so choose the page that matches the information you need to publish instead of creating a blank canvas by default.
Plan availability: Creating a standard template page is Free, and the new page is published immediately. Saving changes to its template content, even a text-only typo correction, requires Pro under the active matrix. Blank pages also require Pro. Legacy Lifetime retains all platform features.
Create and review the page
Standard template pages provide a guided starting point; blank pages are the flexible Pro option.
- Choose Create from Template and filter by Template Category if the list is long.
- Select About, Contact, FAQ, Reviews, Wholesale, Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, or another available template.
- Set Page URL (Optional) only when the default slug does not fit your public language. Keep it short.
- Select Create from Template. The page is published immediately, so open its public URL and review the copy, links, and mobile layout.
- If template copy needs a correction, including a typo, saving that content change requires Pro. Free does not have a self-serve bypass for template-content edits.
What customers see
New standard template pages are published as soon as you create them and can be opened directly. They may also appear in storefront navigation. Draft or archived pages are not public.
Common problems
- The template is not listed. A template can be hidden after you have already created that template type; check the existing page. Changing its template content requires Pro.
- The page is public but not in navigation. Review its published status and navigation settings, then open the page directly to confirm its slug.
- The copy still mentions a different business. Review contact information, policies, and other placeholder copy before sharing the page. Saving template-content corrections requires Pro.
Connect a saved form explicitly
Creating a form does not place it on a page. On a Contact page, open the Contact Form section and use Form to display to choose the built-in form or a saved contact form, then save the page. Saving changes to a template page requires Pro. A saved contact form replaces the built-in form in that section.
For a separate website form, add a Form block to a blank page and select the saved form. For wholesale requests, choose the saved wholesale form in the Wholesale page’s Form block. Publish the page when ready. New customer review collection belongs in Reviews.
