Create trackable links for campaigns and drops

Use short links for campaigns, Planner drops, and social posts while remembering that clicks are not completed orders.

Give each campaign a useful destination

Open Planner and use a drop’s Share section when the link should preserve a selected date or occurrence. Trackable links are most useful when each one represents a clear source, such as a market sign, email, or social post.

Plan availability: Trackable Links are Pro in the active matrix. Planner links can preserve the selected window and occurrence and add planner attribution parameters at redirect time. Scale and Legacy Lifetime inherit their configured access.
  1. Choose a current destination and attach products before creating a drop-specific link.
  2. Use a label that tells you where the link was shared, such as “June market sign” or “Saturday email.”
  3. Choose Create Trackable Link, then copy the short URL or open it in a new tab.
  4. Test the redirect on mobile and confirm the right date, products, and fulfillment context appear.
  5. Review clicks in the share surface and compare them with Analytics and orders over the same period.

What customers see

Customers see the final storefront destination after a short redirect. The redirect adds attribution for Planner links, but it should not add extra steps or expose internal dashboard details.

Common problems

  • The trackable link button is locked. Confirm Pro access under the active matrix.
  • The link opens the wrong occurrence. Recreate or review the selected window and occurrence before sharing it.
  • Clicks are high but orders are low. A click measures the redirect, not a product view, checkout, or completed order. Inspect the funnel.
  • A seasonal link is still circulating. Update the destination or retire the printed/social asset when the campaign ends.
