Start from Orders
In Orders, open the order actions and choose the customer message or email shortcut. The action opens Messages with the selected customer and order context.
Start from Customers
In Customers, use Message customer, Email customer, or the directory audience bridge.
Keep the audience safe
Segment-scoped composition uses Compose Email or Compose Announcement. Email and SMS recipients are intersected with the relevant consent state.
Common problems
- Push is disabled for filtered segments to avoid broad accidental sends.
- SMS requires event-SMS opt-in and credits.
- Order-column bulk compose is limited to 500 orders.
- Chat is tenant-scoped and requires Pro.
