Plan availability: Free. Native review collection is available in the base product. Review Import requires Pro; review-request texts require Pro SMS access and consent. The active production feature matrix is authoritative if an administrator changes an entitlement.
Configure the review flow
- Open Reviews → Settings.
- Confirm the default review form and request channels.
- Open Reviews → Inbox to approve, reject, or archive submissions.
- Use Reviews → Import for CSV, Hotplate, or Bakesy imports.
What customers see
Approved public reviews use anonymized display names and may show a Verified Purchase badge only when the order can be locally validated. Homepage review display is separately opt-in.
Common problems
- New reviews default to pending.
- Approved reviews are locked from customer editing.
- Unpaid, cancelled, failed, or refunded-only orders are not review-eligible.
- Imported reviews need explicit public-display consent when the source does not provide a consent column.
- Review-request text requires transactional SMS consent and Pro SMS access.
