Separate public hours from order availability
Open Dashboard > Settings > SEO to set Operating Hours and local-business information. These hours describe when the business operates or welcomes contact. They are not the same as the dates and time slots customers can choose while ordering.
Plan availability: Standard storefront SEO fields and public operating hours are Free. Pro adds Google Search & Business and advanced Analytics under the active matrix. Scale and Legacy Lifetime inherit configured access.
Keep each schedule in its proper place
- Set the public business hours in SEO Settings.
- Set recurring pickup and delivery schedules in Planner’s Weekly Schedule.
- Set limited dates, drops, blocked dates, and occurrence exceptions in Planner.
- Set which fields and fulfillment choices appear during order checkout in Checkout Settings.
- Open the live contact page and a sample checkout to make sure the labels do not conflict.
What customers see
Customers may find public hours in your storefront and search results, then see a different but intentional set of pickup slots at checkout. Explain unusual differences in page copy when the shop accepts orders outside public visiting hours.
Common problems
- Editing Checkout did not change contact-page hours. Contact-page hours are SEO Settings fields.
- A weekly schedule says open but no date is selectable. Check Planner blocks, product assignment, and the booking limit.
- A holiday date is still available. Add a blocked date or date-specific exception in Planner rather than changing all weekly hours.
- Google has old hours. Verify the live site and Google connection, then allow recrawl and profile synchronization time.
