Choose based on the next constraint

Open Dashboard > Billing & Subscription or review the public Pricing page. Free is a real storefront, not a trial. Pro is for sellers who need a custom address and growth tools. Scale adds the higher-tier controls shown by the active feature matrix.

Plan availability: Free is $0. Pro is currently $20/month or $200/year. Scale is currently presented at $37/month or $370/year and may be shown as a preview while checkout enablement changes. In the active matrix, theme customization is Free; domains, blank pages, blog posts, media, analytics, Google Search & Business, QR codes, and trackable links are Pro; Custom CSS and domain-branded email are Scale. Legacy Lifetime is legacy all-access and is no longer sold.

Understand the plan boundary

  • Free: storefront, standard pages, physical products, Square checkout, Planner, one-location starter operations, customer records, and theme customization.
  • Pro: custom domain/connect or purchase, blank pages, blog posts, Media Library, advanced Analytics, Google Search & Business, QR codes, trackable links, and other active-matrix growth tools.
  • Scale: Custom CSS and domain-branded email plus any higher-tier features currently enabled in the matrix.
  • Lifetime: existing eligible accounts keep all platform features; domains, renewals, SMS, taxes, and optional services remain separately billed where applicable.

What customers see

Customers see the storefront and content your current plan allows to be public. A feature can be stored in an account without being publicly available after a downgrade, so test the live result after billing changes.

Common problems

  • The pricing page and a feature card disagree. The active admin-controlled matrix is authoritative; older static feature labels may be retained for compatibility.
  • Scale appears unavailable. Checkout enablement controls whether a paid plan can be purchased; it is separate from the feature’s minimum plan.
  • A domain price is unexpected. Managed registration and renewal are separate from the platform subscription.
